As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the convenient proximity to the metro line F, making it easy to explore the city. The wonderview panorama from our 13th-floor room was absolutely stunning!

The hotel is quite new so the rooms and facilities are nice and clean. We had a room with a beautiful view of the city skyline, a pleasant surprise. The location of the hotel was convenient for accessing the metro line.

The hotel is conveniently located near a train station, making it easy to access transportation options. the rooms are well-maintained and offer a comfortable stay. Some amenities, such as hot chocolate and coffee in the morning, are provided to guests. Despite the area being a bit far from Times Square, it allows for a quieter and more peaceful stay away from the bustling city.
The staff at the hotel have been reported to provide poor customer service, lacking professionalism in resolving issues.
